Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs refunds for subscription purchases and paid services offered by NestCraft Innovations Pvt. Ltd. ("NestCraft"). The Policy is crafted in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, RBI guidelines on electronic payments, and Razorpay merchant terms. By purchasing a plan, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Free Trials & Evaluation

We may provide free trials or credits to help you evaluate premium features. Standard plan charges commence once the trial period ends or credits are exhausted. Refunds are not available for usage during the free trial window.

2. Situations Eligible for Refunds

We consider refunds under the following scenarios:

  • Duplicate or accidental payment: The duplicate transaction will be reversed in full.
  • Service outage: Verified downtime of premium features exceeding 72 consecutive hours due to an issue on our side qualifies for a pro-rated credit or refund.
  • Incorrect plan charge: If you are charged for a higher-tier plan because of a NestCraft billing error, the difference will be refunded or credited.
  • Cooling-off period for annual plans: A full refund is issued if you cancel within seven (7) days of purchase, provided that fewer than two AI redesign generations were used.

Refunds are not provided for change of mind, partial plan utilisation, dissatisfaction with AI outputs, or violations of the Terms of Service.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel recurring subscriptions anytime through your account dashboard.
  • Access to premium features remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Cancelled plans will not auto-renew, and future invoices will cease.
  • Design data created during your subscription may be retained per our Privacy Policy, unless you request deletion.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email billing@nestcraft.studio within ten (10) days of the charge with the following details:

  • Registered email address and account ID.
  • Transaction ID and date of payment.
  • Plan purchased and reason for the refund request.

We acknowledge refund requests within two (2) business days and resolve them within seven (7) business days. Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay to the original payment instrument. Depending on your issuing bank, the credit may take 5–10 business days to reflect.

5. GST Compliance

GST-compliant invoices are issued for taxable supplies. For approved refunds, a credit note will be raised reversing GST in line with Section 34 of the CGST Act, 2017. Please report invoice discrepancies within 30 days so that we can amend them promptly.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may be treated as misuse of the payment channel. We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks and to share relevant information with banks and card networks for dispute resolution.

7. Policy Updates

We may update this Policy to reflect regulatory changes or operational updates. Revisions will be posted here with a revised effective date and, when significant, communicated via email or in-app notices. Continued use of the Services after the effective date signifies acceptance of the updated Policy.
